The 2012 RMTA Awards Banquet will be held Saturday - March 3rd at Giuseppe's Depot in Colorado Springs. Please RSVP to Tracy Zentz - tzentz500@aol.com or 719-687-9667 sometime soon. Ken White needs the final count two days prior and Tracy would most likely appreciate it if roughly 95% of the club didn't wait until then to respond. The cost will again be $25.00 per person; children 10 and under $12.50; with a family maximum of $100.00 (the actual cost is $28, but the RMTA graciously picks up $3 per person). Hope to see everyone there!

2012 AMA-NATC Supplemental Rules
We have changed our insurance carrier and they require a signed waiver at each event. All adult participants, observers and table workers and spectators must sign the adult waiver at each event. All minors must have an individual minor waiver signed by their parent/guardian at each event. It is the trials masters responsibilty to make sure these get signed, but if we all remember to sign one it is more likely to get done. Here is a minor waiver so parents can fill them out before the event to save time.
